Can´t sign in "Sign in Failure: There was an error while logging into Fusion 360" occurs

Hi, 

I´ve use Fusion 360 with an education license on my Macbook pro without any problems. 

Now I´ve bought an fast Win10 PC for home use and installed Fusion 360. The first day it worked perfect. 

Then I switched the fusion 360 PC version to "offline mode" .  Since then I can not sign in anymore because this error occurs: 

Message: "Sign in Failure: There was an error while logging into Fusion 360"

The Macbook version works without any struggle. 

Is there any solution out there?

Can you restart the computer with the internet turned off and start fusion then reboot the computer start fusion up then when it is up, turn the internet back on something could be stuck and offline cycling fusion can unstick it?
