Hi,
Almost a week ago I logged in to Fusion 360 to finish an assignment for a university project and it said that my license had expired. I am still a student (can provide the paperwork to prove it), but when I follow the procedure that Autodesk says on their website it does not work. As soon as I log in as a student and download Fusion 360 it only shows a red message bar at the top saying: "We're experiencing system issues. Please try again later.". I have been trying every single day for the past couple of days now and nothing. I contacted two representatives (on separate occasions) through the chat support option and nothing! I tried everything including cleaning the cache, using different browsers, uninstalling all Autodesk software, and deleting residual files manually, and using another device. Nothing so far. It just does not offer the option to validate student account anywhere.
All my designs for my classes and projects are in that account and I really need to fix this ASAP as we near the end of the semester!!! This semester has been hell on its own and now this! 😢 Please if anyone can send me in the right direction with this I will appreciate it a lot.
I have been recommending Autodesk software to all my peers since day 1 since I love them! It seems that I am not the only one with this problem and it saddens me that Autodesk has not fixed this issue by now. It feels like they don't care for old users with a student license.
Please help... I am a mechanical engineering student and I am usually the lead designer for most of my projects!
Thank you,
