Hi,

The next issue (10 of 9999999) I cant open rendered image. Dont ask me about sharing the model cause its happens in all models. Don't ask me to reinstall fusion 360. Cause I did it. Don't answer to this post, just update the worst cad soft.

Thanks.

Hi @baddipl,

I am sorry to hear about the issue! I checked my designs and I can open rendered images without any issues on my machine.

Are you getting any error messages? If so, please attach a screenshot of the error message. Also, please attach the diagnostic log files.

Hi ,

I seem to have the same problem.

After the clicking the render option the thumbnail pops up in the render gallery, with the progress bar.

When it is done rendering there is an icon of the cloud.

That disapears after about 10-15 seconds, if i hover my mouse on the thumbnail i get the magnyfieng glas icon.

But nothing happens when clicking it. I do not recieve an error report.

Also no renderings in the cloud.

Thank you for your time.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting! Are you also having the issue with all the designs? Or if that is a design specific issue, please share a public link to the design. Also, does it make a difference if you perform "Clear user cache data" before rendering? Screencast of the issue would be helpful for me to better understand what is going on.

Hi,

Thank you for replying, but for some reason it fixed itself when i opend fusion today.

The thumbnails now respond when i click them.

If anything like this pops up again i will collect as much data on it and report it to you.

Thanks again for your time.

I do now have a different issue, after klicking the render button.

The green submitting button keeps buffering, and does not add a new thumbnail in the gallery.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for your response and I apologize for my slow response! Are you seeing the issue with all of your designs? If that is occurring only with that specific file, could you share a public link to the design with me

Just to check, does it make a difference if you switch between cloud and local render?  Also, does it make a difference if you restart the program?

I've just done a couple of renders. When I position the mouse pointer over one of the images in the Rendering Gallery, a magnifying glass overlay is displayed over the thumbnail. I click the thumbnail and nothing happens. I right-click the thumbnail in hopes to delete it and nothing happens.

Hi @Scoox,

Thank you for posting! I had the same issue earlier today and I restarted the program, and that seems to have fixed the issue for me. Could you try restarting Fusion to see if that helps?

Same issue. Have the completed thumbnails in the rendering gallery, but unable to open them by clicking. I've restarted Fusion360 a number of times and have the same results.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you try posting your screencast again?

Also, does make a difference if you perform "Clear user cache data"?

One more thing, please visit this page and check if you can open rendered images as a workaround.
