Can't open recently designed file, upload progress is 'busy' but nothing happens..

This afternoon I created a file ('test ferstek'). After a while I wanted to again save it, and quit fusion. Quitting was prohibited by 2 jobs, of which use was unclear to me. I pauzed it, reopened Fusion, and now I can't open this file, and an upload process is busy without any uploading progress.
Is my file lost?

details on the web tells me there's nothing, see picture...
And the folder "30 dagen 360" seems empty on the web, but contains stuff in Fusion itself...

@sibejanSJ sorry for the trouble and frustrations, but this is due to an ongoing service outage thats impacting many Autodesk products.  You can keep an eye on the Health Dashboard for the latest updates.
