Can't open or install Fusion 360 on Mac

Fusion 360 on Mac will not open and I cannot install or reinstall (after uninstalling).

The installer just does nothing, then prompts to post log file to the forum.

Is this a normal, recurring experience with Fusion360?

@christopher.d.kirkpatrick This is not a normal experience at all. We know what was the issue from last evening for this experience and we are working to ensure that this does not happen again.
