Can't open Fusion, was using it yesterday with no issues

I was using Fusion yesterday and it was working fine. Windows 10 Pro

 

Will not open today.

@divebomb8KKBX Can you please provide more information on what exactly is happening? 

1. When you launch Fusion is it hanging on the splash screen? Is it opening and then quickly exiting to the desktop?

2. Does a restart of the machine help in any way?

3. If you disconnect internet and start Fusion, does it launch? (If it does when you connect back does it stop responding again?)

It would also help if we can get the 3 logs calls out in this article - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Hi @divebomb8KKBX,

 

Try Uninstall and Reinstalling Fusion again, Refer below document

If its still not working, Do a clean uninstall and try again

Still not working?

Please attach the installation log file to the next reply, from below location

  • C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log

Doesn't even go to the Splash
Restarted a few times, no help
I'll try disconnecting internet
