I did! and for a day fusion worked as normal but i came back from a weekend off and fusion is back to not opening 😐 any ideas? the file is completely gone off my computer

Gather up your Fusion 360 log files, zip them up and the attach them to a reply post.  If you need help gathering them up, this webpage will help.

In one of your log files, the Fusion 360 installation process lacks permission to work within the installation folders.  This probably means that the user, logged in at the time of installation, does not have adequate rights to the needed folders or some application installed on the system is preventing access.

As I said, give the Windows account, installing Fusion 360 administrator rights then you can use the Fusion 360 Service Utility to fix your system.  As a test, the Windows account user can navigate to the folder mentioned in the error, right click on it, can check Permissions.  You also can test by trying to create a simple text file in the same folder and if Windows allows this, then you should be able to use the Service Utility to fix you installation.

After maybe 2 months my fusion has reverted back to the same issue sometimes it will launch but most times it will not. I usually have to restart my computer and that maybe fixes it 😕 . Providing a screenshot of the original file you had me check permissions on , i've run the utility repair service multiple times as well to no avail.

Your screen capture shows the folder permissions for "System".  It is the permissions of the logged in user that are important.

I do not know what to tell you.  I have been running Fusion 360 for approximately 3 years on this computer without any issues.  I do regular Windows updates and all the Fusion 360 updates.  I have the occasional crash which is usually from trying to open a Forum User file that is in bad shape but that is about it.  Are you going to go the route of the Service Utility again and give that a try?
