CAN'T OPEN ANY FILES!!!!!!

I restored Fusion's settings to their defaults and restarted twice. Thankfully I can open what I need to work on today but that's about it so far.

Files that I can't open have no history?:

I get an error "Failed to download file" when trying to open them:

Clicking "More info" doesn't show more info,. nothing happens.

The error message also stays up for half a second so it's near impossible to move my mouse over it to even click "More info". Doesn't matter, clicking "More info" doesn't show more info,. nothing happens.

Also the second time I restarted my camera changed to orthographic model. Not sure why, it was perspective after the first restart and I never changed it to ortho mode....

Hi @FrodoLoggins,

If you navigate to those files in the cloud on the team hub. Are you able to download that model and open it within Fusion. Or is downloading those files on the hub also a problem?

Not sure what helped.

Now this morning the viewcube stopped working [becuase of course it stopped working] so I saved the file I was working on and restarted fusion. Now I can't open the file I was working on 5 minutes ago because it won't open.

This program is a joke

Hello @FrodoLoggins,

I am sorry to know about the inconvenience. If you are unable to open any files, it can mean that Fusion has trouble connecting to the cloud. To determine the cause, we would need to have a look at the Fusion diagnostic log fies. To collect these:

  1. Start Fusion 360.
  2. Click on the "?" in the upper right corner of the Fusion 360 window.
  3. Select "Support and Diagnostics" from the drop-down menu as shown in the image below and then select "Diagnostic Log Files".

I was also wondering:

Thank you in advance.
