Can't move files to a different Project?

Think I have come across an error in the software. Most files I have been able to move over to a different project, but there are a few where I do not get the option to. Like I am missing the side bar with all the projects listed:

I have tried moving them on the web browser as well but get an error:

Interestingly, it seems to be files I have accessed on another computer. I can confirm Fusion has been closed on this other computer and is currently in sleep mode.

You have to be on a Team storage to use this  feature, are you sure you are hooked into your Team account?
