Can't Move 2D PCB Footprints and Error Says I Need Premium Version

Hello, I did some searching but can't find an actual solution yet. Tried to go to support but of course you have to pay a couple thousand for that privilege. Makes some sense but still.
I am trying to simply move my footprints into my PCB outline in the 2D PCB editor. But when I click to place it come up with this error:

The free version of Fusion Electronics can't perform the requested action!

Some objects extend outside the allowed board area.

I don't know what to do about this and getting this far has been very frustrating already. This is the icing on the cake except it's something undesirable and possibly inedible like alcohol. Anyway, any suggestions? Thank you.

I have discovered a detail that may help troubleshoot this. I had to import and create a few components, footprints, and symbols. It seems that a few of the footprints imported with a box around them on layer 1 top. I don't understand why and I don't know if this changes anything. I don't really know what layer 1 is. I think its for traces which would probably make issues. It looks like the rest of the footprint on these imports are proper and have the right silkscreen designation and placement. Should I just delete these boxes?

Update on deleting the red lines. I went and deleted them from the footprints in the library and updated the footprints in the 2D PCB design. It seems it has changed nothing. So still frustrated and confused.
