Can’t make a team

One of my students has downloaded Fusion 360 with an educational license but is unable to make team therefore cannot actually get into the program. how do we get around this problem?

@mgillespie I am confused about what you mean when say unable to make a team? Can you share an image or video of the issue? Is the user not able to join an existing team?
