Can't get to capture image after the new update

I am trying to use capture image under the file menu but it just keeps opening a new blank file. This is after the latest update. Is there any other way to get to capture image?

Thanks.

Hi @dames123 ,

Sorry to hear you have had issues with this. I was unable to reproduce and was able to use File > Capture Image.
Are you still having this issue?

Hi Thomas,

Yes it's happening to multiple installs here. Same issue.

Thanks.

@dames123 ,

Hmmm... Is it happening with different documents or just one? Could you share a document with me that it is happening with?

We also found that if you click the dropdown, wait until the file icon turns white, then you can get to what you need. If you move the mouse at all before the icon turns white, it opens a new file.

I can't share the screen cast here but I sent it to you.

Thanks.

David

@thomas.stock @seth.madore

I updated my graphics driver and that seemed to do the trick.

Thanks.

Hi,

If you want really useful screenshots, you can get them (including editing tools) with one of the numerous freeware screen capture apps.
