Can't get out of "Expired Subscription - Read Only"

I have just purchased a new licence to replace the trial version I have been using for the past month.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling Fusion 360 download several times, it always opens as Expired Subscription - Read Only.

How do I get it to recognise my new account?

Hi,

did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL ?

Thanks for your reply ... I found the problem.

I set up a personal account for the trial subscription, but when I purchased
the full subscription, I set up a new account in my company's name and I
hadn't switched to the new account.
