Can't get Fusion updated on my W11 laptop.

I can't get Fusion to update before it errors out. The most I've got so far is 62% complete. My anti-virus, BitDefender is turned off. Tried following the instructions for the Service Utility, but it never loads either. I'm not an IT guy so I don't know what to do next.
