Can't get a DXF without "open entities"

I'm making a sign that will be laser cut out of sheet metal by SendCutSend or similar service. I converted the body to sheet metal, made a flat pattern, and saved the flat pattern to a DXF. However, SendCutSend always kicks it back as having "open entities." I ended up manually tracing the contours of some of the problem areas, and got them to close on the DXF, but there always seems to be an issue. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! The sign is a simple flat body. I also tried making a sketch and saving the sketch as a DXF, but I get the same results.

I've attached the file and an image.

Thanks!

I am puzzled why you did not attach a native Fusion file, F3D, instead of a STEP file?  Anyway, attached in your DXF, give this one a try.

it seems to work OK for me.  I created a sketch on the top face, exported as DXF, then created a new design, and Inserted that DXF.  Here is what it looks like in Fusion:

and in viewer.autodesk.com:

seems like this might be a SendCutSend problem.  DXF is attached.
