Can't download the update from Feb 2021

I am using a school laptop, and I've been trying to download the new update for about a month. The update won't get past 33% and then it says it can't download because there are too many installers going on. I cancel Fusion, close all tabs and restart my laptop. For some reason It won't download.  Any ideas?
