I followed the link to the shared photobooth scenes but there was no file present.

I'm looking for the photobooth scene file(s)

Hi, glad to take a look. First let's be clear, is this what you are trying to do?

This happens to me and my boss on both PC/MAC, new machines and old. New fusion installs and existing. It keeps happening despite downloading all of the latest updates. If I could find the shared google drive to download the background I would. In the past, doing so would often cause Fusion to crash. It only seems to happen to that environment, which is also the one we use 99 percent of the time. It's definitely a bug, please fix.

Can you explain what you mean by "shared google drive"? There is a download button in the Appearances dialog. Are you trying to use that button? (see the above post with a picture showing what I'm talking about)

Phil,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes, that's exactly it.

I select download and I get the spinning wheel forever.

The logs show that Fusion is up to date but somehow is trying to continue updating, so downloads are blocked. It looks like a bug and we're investigating.

In the mean time, please try this: Try logging out of Fusion, restarting your computer, then logging in again.

Hi,

The Fusion 360 update today carries a fix for this problem. Can you please try it out and let us know what you think?

To receive the update:
1. Restart Fusion 360
2. Wait for the update to start, you'll see a small 1 appear on the job status icon (the clock)
3. Click on the clock icon to watch the progress
4. Click Restart when the update is ready

Thanks,
