Can't download personal use software in Mac

Hi, 

I tried downloading the software after signing in and giving the info. It keeps routing me to blank page.

And then my i went to my accounts to download from products and services, but I am getting the below error

Please help to get the install file for mac

Here are some of my thoughts about it:

• Did you try to sign in with a different web browser?
• I would check if there are no limitations in your security systems according to this article: Ports and Domains required by Fusion 360.
• Make sure that you perform all the actions described in this article: How to register for a start-up, personal, or student license for Fusion 360 especially the "Register for a personal license" section.
• You can try to download the installation file from here.
