Can't download material

Hi,

recently downloading materials stoped working. When I click arrow down icon of external material it animate forever and never finish downloading. Everything else works perfecly fine.

The software seems to be up to date. I attach log file.

I have checked the log file and I found in Webdeploy.stremer.log "2020-08-24 13:02:25,395 - MainProcess(13180) - Dummy-1 - adsk.dls.streamer.netlib - WARNING :: Failed to get network connection information module 'socket' has no attribute 'settimeout'" 

The issue seems to be with antivirus or any other restrictions on the internet.

Thanks for the reply. Today it started working agasin on the same network setup.
