Can't delete a design

I really can't delete a design, it tells me that is referenced by other designs, but even if I check were is referenced in the Fusion Hub it tells me that is not referenced anywhere. Really don't know what to do, I can't even move it outside of the design to clean up the design folder.

I can't move the design to another project. Even if I try to do it online.

Really can't do anything only move it to another folder in the design.
