Can't create new projects or save projects

I get the following error while trying to create new projects:

MESSAGE_SERVER_ERROR - Sorry. The operation you requested couldn't be performed.

I get the following error while trying to save:

Fusion 360 is synchronizing the data with cloud storage. Please try again in a moment.

I've logged out, restarted, etc. but the problem seems to be with my Fusion 360 account on the server.

If you are not using a Team and are trying to create a Project in your Single-User Storage location, this could be the issue.  After a certain number of created Projects you cannot create new ones if you are not using a Team.  Are you using a Team or Single-User Storage?

I'm using single-user storage but I can't create or save any projects at all. I get the errors I posted as soon as I hit Save or New Project.

I also get this error online when trying to open my Home projects:

Often users call a file a Project.  I have been using Fusion 360 3+ years and only have 3 Projects, lots of Folders and files though.  If you are truly trying to create a project, I would consider creating a Team.  Autodesk is suggesting everyone move to a Team as Single User Storage is being eliminated.  Once this is done, there is a utility to transfer all your files to it.

I am not clear, as you did not say, is the error you posted from an attempt to create a Team or just trying to create a new Project in your Single User Storage?

In the original post I showed the errors I get while trying to either create a project or simply try to save a file. There are different errors for each scenario.

If I try to create a Team within the app, I get a screen that says I'm using an incompatible browser. The error screen disappears almost immediately, but I did manage to screenshot it. For the record, I'm using the most updated version of Chrome.

This is what the Team section looks like if I open it in the browser. I think I'm unable to create a new Team there either (unless you can point me to a different place to do it).

I am going to have to back up and withdraw my suggestions and processes.  I did not know you were using the Fusion 360 Web Version, I was assuming you were using Fusion 360 as an installed application on Windows or MAC.  You are working on a different animal, I apologize, if I had known, I would not have commented at all to your post.  Normally the Fusion 360 Web Version is used by the education community.  If this is true, I would go to the Fusion 360 Education webpage and look for support.

You were correct the first time! I am using the installed application of Fusion 360 on Windows. I showed the error I get when I try to create/open a Team within the application (that's the "incompatible browser" error). But then I also showed the section online with my Team status (the second screen shot).

Regardless, I believe the error is on the Autodesk server side, but I could be wrong.
