Can't create a new project

Trying to create a new project in Fusion 360 and get an error message at top left of screen.  "Not allowed PUT /communities/api/user/create for 72e1e70a72fa1.17........".  I finished subscribing earlier today and the product has become available in my account.   I have previously been able to create projects OK when using the trial version, but now not working.  Perhaps there is some account setting still related to the trial that needs to now be updated?

Accepted solution

Hi,

Thanks for using Fusion.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Could you please try to sign out and sign in back to see the new entitlement?

And if it is not solved after you sign out/sign in, can you please try it on the Web interface (FusionTeam web) and see if it is the same problem?

If my post answers your question, please click the "Accept Solution" button. This helps everyone find answers more quickly!

Regards,

Sasi

Hadn't used Fusion360 for several months.  Today, needed to renew hobbyist, so downloaded latest version.

Tried to create a new project - message said it failed.

Rebooted after also responding to graphics issue, whereupon I updated my graphics card driver.

Still cannot create a project and save a new design into a new project.

Reading some of the posts, it appears to me that Fusion support has to do something in my account.

Is that so?

Thanks,

rog

Yes I think get in contact with Autodesk/Sasi below.  I think they somehow forget to enable something after you re-subscribe and they manually sort it.  It takes a few hours for the change to come through.

Hi, I have the same Problem.

I already deleted the cache data, signed out and in again and tried it in the web interface without luck.

I'm even not able to reactivate projects, I archived a few seconds earlier.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,

Alex
