Can't add Threaded Holes to a Model

I've run into a bit of a weird issue, I'm trying to add threaded holes to a model I'm working on. I can created every other type of hole, but when I select the treaded hole option I get an error message saying "No possible thread faces found".

Anyone else running into this problem?

Could you share the model showing this behavior?  

Edit: I have created threads using the Hole command and also using the thread command inside an existing hole, no issue.  So we need your model to troubleshoot.  To attach your file, open it in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save it to your hard drive. Then attach in to a forum post using the Attachments section.

Unfortunately I can not provide the model in question. It contains items that are not my IP. I haven't had and issues adding threads to other models, just this one. I'll try using the thread tool to add the threads to the hole rather than using the hole tool.
