Can't add team member to startup license

I can seem to add a new team member to our fusion 360 startup license having submitted their Autodesk email account on the Google form and while it's stated that adding a new member might take about 10 days. It been about 2 weeks and still unable to add another member.

I am having a similar problem. I have recently renewed a startup license and clicked on the form in the welcome email to add a team member (who was an existing team member the previous year and whose access had been working). This process worked fine last year but has not worked this year. His subscription now shows as expired and he cannot login to Fusion 360. Help would be appreciated greatly appreciated!
