Can someone explain to me why updates keep removing hotkeys, post processors and preferences.

It has happened yet again, Fusion 360 has updated and as I open it up I no longer have hot keys that I spent a good amount of time creating, preferences are gone and post processors and their configurations have all disappeared. I use a second offhand keyboard with slaved hotkeys to make 3D modelling a lot faster and easier on myself and now I get to set that up all over again, no to mention I now get to go in and reset all my preferences, find and reconfigure all of the post processors that we use. All of this takes time away from me programming and modelling and now directly effects the productivity of my day. I could live with the constant updates to this software as long as it didnt mess with anything but it feels like its a toss of the coin when I login in after an update whether or not anything will remain the way it was. I HAAATTTEEE SolidWorks, its GUI is ugly and it does not feel as intuitive as Fusion and the integrated CAM for Fusion makes my life quite a bit easier when it comes to prototyping but to be completely honest the way Autodesk handles its updates/support/customer relations is so JV that I dont think I can contiue to support this software. If you are a DIY maker or someone who doesnt literally rely on this software for your ability to support your business I say go for it, for the price of admission its hard to beat. The caveat to that being if you need this software to run the same way, day in and day out to create consistent results you might want to look elsewhere.
