Can not save or export to Stl

I have not used fusion 360 for a long time, due to bad internet.
Now I have moved to an area with better connection.
and has drawn a little again. but I can not save my project, or export to STL because it is not stored in "Cloud" and I can not create a new project so I can upload it. what should I do

try: 1. Export as f3d to local device

2. open file > save as STL

Why can't you create a project on the cloud, do you get an error message?
