Can NOT manage / add Fusion 360 licences to users (students)

Good afternoon - really struggling with the education account management - confirmed as Educator but can NOT find HOW to add 125 seat license or get confirmation on this ?? Quite frankly a nightmare for students as last week the majority got kicked OUT of Edu license 😞
