Can not Extrude

Im trying to extrude a logo I recreated, but for some reason I can find out why it won't let me,

I haven't dug into what the underlying cause is, but this polygon in the lower right corner seems to be the culprit.  Delete that and everything seems to work:

here is the screencast.  Also, digging further, it seems to be this line in particular that is the problem:

deleting that and re-creating it seems to fix the problem.  This looks like a bug in Fusion, I will submit that bug for the team to look at
