can not delete file (no read access)

Hello,

there is one file in the list of files that could be treated by me that i can not delete. Any access is unsuccessful because i don't have read access neither write/delete access.

This file consumes 1 of 10 files that i am allowed to use while i am a personal/private user (free license).

I don't need that file anymore and i already moved/archived/deleted that item.

In the web based management portal the file is not listet anymore/anywhere. So i can't delete it there.

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this issue?

thank you for that suggestion.

i already made all the steps shown in the video. i wanted to tell that when saying "i already moved/archived/deleted that item." in my first message. That removed the file from the admin site (website of my account) but it still remains in the streamed fusion 360 application browser and still locks "one credit".
