Can not constrain line in sketch (along circle)

Hi! I'm trying my darnedest to constrain the last little bit of my sketch. See the attached screen shot. There is a line at the top of a partial circle that I would like to be 30 degrees to that construction line. I've tried that angle using the dimension tool but was warned that the sketch would be over constrained.

Any idea how I can constrain it so that the line is no longer blue?

Your image shows two redundant dimensions that are not needed.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
