Can I split inspection tolerances?

I would like to use inspection for a rather complex part, however it does not appear I am able to split the tolerance  in the surface inspect? i.e I have several areas that are -0.000 +.001. 

Is this possible?

Surface inspection has a Lower and a Upper tolerance, see the picture 

Probe Geometry and Probe WCS have only symmetrical tolerance as the Renishaw Macros cannot support asymmetrical tolerances.

So I guess the answer is yes if you are doing surface inspection.
