Can Fusion for startups have more than one fusion seats?

We are startup company, using Fusion 360 and it would be more convenient if we had 2 seats instead of using just one account. Is it possible to have more than just one seat on Fusion for startups? If yes - how should we apply for an extra seat?

Each individual user at a start-up company needs to apply for the start-up license individually, and ensure they have their own Autodesk Account setup.
