Can Fusion be speeded up?

I've recently gotten a new computer which is much faster/better than my old one.  But... F360 is still very slow.  I have a project with hundreds of components and every mouse click has F360 off computing for a minute or two.  A trip to the performance monitor reveals the bottleneck: I have 35 gb of unused memory, a lightnight fast graphics card that is at 0% usage.  And seven CPUs that are completely idle, with just one CPU pinned computing coordinates or something for all the components.

It brings up two questions. First, is there some setting I can make in F360 to make it more aware of the available resources.  I'm guessing the answer is "no".  So my second question is really a suggestion: Perhaps F360 should be better aware of, and make use of, available resources.  [I don't know how multiprocessing works on win10, but I suspect F360 could be "threaded" and so be able to run on multiple CPUs.  also, I truly know little about this, but could the GPU be used to do/speed up some of the computations?

CAD programs are not good at multithreading so tend to use one core. Your only options for speeding Fusion up is following best practice. Make sure all sketches are fully constrained, red pin on the sketch in the browser and make sure all components are grounded or using joints to fix their position. You don't want any save positions in your timeline and you probably should avoid move as well.

Some thought\planing will help as well. Like if you add a standard part that's not likely to be modified roll the timeline to the beginning and add it there so they're not recalculated when editing other parts.

Dear Mark,

I thing the biggest slowing thing in fusion is that it works only through cloud. Thats why saving is slow (100Mbit/s internet), updating assemblies and subassemblies, searching in files are slow.  Is there any future planned features for work more localy? And upload it to cloud once per hour or at closing F360? And use more local power of PC?

Thanks
