bugs in fusion

hello, i have the fusion 360 with personal used license, i work with fusion since 2 month ago, and yestreday the fusion give me problems because i open but dont see de commands because in the place from comands are black bar, but if pass the mouse over black bar, the name of the command appears and if i click it opens

this is a known problem that is actively being addressed.  There will be an update soon to fix it.  Until this, see this post for a workaround:  black-banner-on-fusion-360-update
