Bug with Sweep Feature

I am getting this weird behaviour in Fusion360 when applying a sweep as shown in the attached video. I have found that if I go to edit the sweep after and press ok, the issue resolves itself. This was only by luck that I found that selecting edit sweep, making no changes, and pressing okay fixed the issue. Can this be looked in to so the sweep behaviour is correct the first time around?

Thanks

Rob

Edit your Sweep Feature from the timeline and remove the Chain Selection option. This is a one way correction, if you turn it back on, the sweep will not go back to the error condition.

Hi All,

Thank you for your explanataions, videos and efforts to help me solve this problem.

Although I can now get the sweep as desired, it is still not clear to me why when I go to edit the (incorrect) sweep, make no changes at all and then press okay the sweep is suddenly correct. If no settings have changed why would Fusion 360 change the extent of the sweep path? I am unsure is this is a bug or just a glitch as a consequence of the partially defined sketch I have made.

Thanks again for all your efforts in assisting me with this,

Robert
