Bug (?) with Extrude - wrong profile extruded

Here's an issue I haven't seen before... In the attached file, the Clip body is a snap-fit prong designed to fit the Key. The issue is with the Extrude, the last operation on the timeline.

Here's the sketch for the Clip with dimensions turned off:

The circle is tangent to the ellipse and also tangent to the inner vertical line. The vertical line terminates on the circle.

Suspicious behavior A is that when I run Extrude and select profiles, two segments are shown in red. I can understand why the narrow wedge formed by the circle and ellipse might be arithmetically degenerate, but the chord through the ellipse should be perfectly well-formed.

Suspicious behavior B is that even though Extrude previews the extrusion exactly as I want it:

When the extrusion is actually executed, it gives a solid generated by different profiles than were actually selected. (And yes, it does come through as a single body, even though it should really be two.)

I suspect that both Fusion 360 and I might be doing something wrong here. Any ideas about what's going wrong? This is easy to work around; I'm just suspicious that there might be a Fusion 360 bug here.

[ Hmm... What happened to the section of the Post to Forum page that lets you attach files? It's not showing up at all for me on Safari right now. You can download the F3D file here. ]

A. The red highlight is normal behaviour, not an error, tells you that it is a known boundary to an adjacent profile.

B. Preview Ok, result not, been reported before, has a lot to do with Ellipse handling.

Might have to trim the left side of that ellipse.

File attach becomes available if immediately after sending a text post, you Edit that reply, the attachment Dialogue is then provided.

Might help....
