Bug Report: Inspect tool malfunction (not working, and vanishing component)

My component disappears, and it doesn't tell me the distance I was trying to measure.

This might be related to the fact that the 2 faces I am trying to measure are not quite parallel (0.001 degree slant on one of them).  My project is confidential, so I cannot share public - ask me privately if you want a copy to work from.

Hey OceanHydroAU,

Thanks for the bug report. This is a known issue: the angle is causing the extension lines to be calculated to some astronomical length, and it's confusing the graphics system. One of our software architects is going to log the bug and try to get it resolved.

Thanks, and interesting - that same issue might be affecting other operations? -  I noticed when I created something else (two lines with a small angle between them maybe, I forget exactly what), that the dimension it inserted was WAY off the side of the screen, like 100 times further than the entire extent of my design.  I'll see if I can remember/recreate, and if yes, post back here.
