We can select *.f3d files, however, the javascript on the web page blocks them:

Please ask your web team to fix their JavaScript. These are the file types the HTML allows us to select:-

The problem seems to be a complex scripting issue, because your javascript ( https://www.autodesk.com/static/js/main.bdfb5dad.js ) looks like it's supposed to allows us to upload:
