[BUG] Pattern suppression disabled when editing pattern

This is a minor bug, but I believe it still is a bug and not intentional.

When editing, a pattern with suppressed instances the  Suppress check mark is disabled.

It has to be enabled to edit the suppression state.

Just to be clear:  the issue is that the state of the suppressed checkbox is not correct when editing the pattern, right?  That is, if there are any suppressed instances, the checkbox should be checked and the UI for suppressing instances should be shown in the scene, correct?  Yes, that is a bug, and I will create a bug for it.

[edit]  bug FUS-111893 created for this issue.  Thanks for reporting it.
