[BUG] Ground level is inconsistent between viewport and render

Self explaining picture below.
Model is located at some height from origin. When doing scene setup, I manually offset ground level to be displayed exactly as I like it to. Then during render ground raised 2nd time (or 1st maybe) so that model goes beyond ground level.
