Bug? - Extrude error

I made a quick item,  did a fast and simple edit, extruded the parts, and it keeps hopping to a different part after hitting OK...

yes, that looks like a bug in profile tracking.  If you can share that design with us, we'll take a look at it.  This sometimes happens, especially with tangent conditions like you have here.  Sometimes adding extra geometry can help.

I just trimmed two lines:

But why that´s the problem?

Later I deleted 2 doubled lines instead and regenerated missing connections.

ya, I figured If I started editing I could fix it, just went back and started from scratch and modeled it proper like, but there is no real reason it should have done that in the 1st place... ??

right you are, @t_lamourine - I mis-watched (is that a word?) the screencast.  I've filed this as FUS-68606 to track it.  Thanks for reporting it.

just a heads up, this is still happening randomly...  Designed a super simple egg face guy, try to extrude the mouth shape, it does in preview, the second you hit return/accept it extrudes a section next to, but not the one I wanted... 

I even tried to start a new sketch, project lines over to new, same issue.  here's the file, if you try to extrude to round mouth donut just the lip section overlapping the beard gets extruded. Yes, I've made sure the little over lap is not selected.
