Bug? Extreme fragility of "full round" fillets

This is a simple C-shaped form with full round fillets on the cuts:

The F360 file is attached below.

 

Unfortunately, this construction cannot tolerate the slightest change to either radius without breaking the full round fillet feature. You can demonstrate by modifying either the "outer_d" or "offset" parameters.

yeah, looks like something is wrong here.  I had lots of theories, but so far, none have explained the behavior.  Will investigate.

Hi @GRSnyder, many thanks for bringing this example to my/our attention. After quickly examining this, it became apparent that there is some vital information not being stored and passed down to the compute level within this new piece of functionality. In a great deal of cases of non-trivial edits of such a feature, this will lead to failure of the tree replay of said feature. I will deal with this .. so thank you again for reporting it.
