Bug - Crash when network drive not available

When the last saved-to drive is not available when using the "Save as Mesh", Fusion crashes.

e.g. I have a share:

\\myserver\myshare

I Save as Mesh to that path fine. The share disappears (e.g. you didn't log into the share), next time you "Save as Mesh", fusion will crash because it cannot find the share.

Fusion should default to c:\ drive if path is not found.

Hi,

Thanks for posting this. I'm looking into your crash reports, thanks for sending those.

Are you referring to a couple crashes you reported on February 8?

@Phil.E  This is a very old bug that comes up at least a couple of times every month!

There is a fix in this thread that will get Fusion working again by modifying a line in this file, NMachineSpecificOptions.xml.

@larrybud2004 Do you have an app called Chitubox installed?

The crash is logged as FUS-122777

Thanks for letting me know. If you happen to crash, please provide the report number so I can look it up and see what may be happening.
