BUG: Cloud corrupted, search failing

I can search for some terms and get results, other terms that correctly return no results but the word "stand" causes the back end to choke. This is happening on two different machines. What's going on? I need to find this file and my projects are a mess 🙂

Still doesn't work days later. Maybe working search requires I pay for tokens now. 😉

Can someone at Autodesk file a bug?

 

I've experienced the cloud corrupting data in the past, and I'm curious if I'm bumping up into another instance of that. I'm wondering if there's a file that matches to stand (or sta, stan) and perhaps the backend is choking on it.

I can't search for Stand on the web either...I can't search for quite a few words in fact.

It looks like any search term that might result in an older file being shown fails. My backend is corrupted again. Wonderful.

i posted about this exact issue yesterday, i tried a few fixes that were suggested but nothing worked. some words are searchable but most are not.

In your case, is there any correlation to what words lead it to fail? The first time I ran into a cloud corruption issue, it was along a date boundary. All files before a certain date were inaccessible (until they fixed something on the backend). This feels oddly similar, as searching for older files always seems to fail.

After getting zero response on my case after more than a week, I thought I'd try the "Contact a Live Agent" button. It just spins trying to "Load your options". Par for the course. 

 

Did everyone just go home? The accounting team is still active. They pull that sweet $600 like clockwork.

Still no progress on getting search to work after three months and support's gone dark on the matter. So that's that I guess. 

 

Enjoy searching while it lasts everybody! Doesn't matter what you pay, it's not guaranteed to work forever!
