Browser arrows stuttering in version 2.0.9011

Hello all:

... in macOS 10.15.7, fusion version 2.0.9011.

The little "expansion arrows" in the browser disappear when I mouse-over -- this has been going on for at least a few versions. It is possible to kinda click-move-away-and-back-and-click-again, but this is not ideal.

Please see the Screencast (with the no-sound-bug in full flow)...

Any ideas?
