Broken Lines / Won't extrude

Here is an export of some offsets I created in another model. I am unable to extrude most of the inner portions of the drawing however I don't know why, what made only some parts closed/extrudable, or how to fix it.

I would guess it might have to do with what was offset however I really don't know.

if you can share the model, that would help.  Usually there is a "leak" in the profile somewhere that is relatively easy to find, using a "divide and conquer" method, by drawing extra lines into the sketch and seeing where the profile fails

The link to the model was above the photo. I can imagine what you are saying however I would still like to know why it happened in the first place but more importantly how to fix it once it is found.

Also, thank you for spending your time helping.

Sorry, I missed that link.  However, that model has not been marked to "allow download", so I can't open it myself.  Can you share a link that allows download?  Thanks

Divide and conquer for the larger regions.

Your sketch has a few (more than 10) white points along the outlines, window select those (one at a time) and hit Coincident constraint, they turn black.  When done all the separate profiles behaved here.

Search this forum for Divide and Conquer, gives 66 results.

Might help.....

There are some techniques that can help.  One is the divide-and-conquer method to localize the problems by adding extra lines to the sketch:

and then, look for breaks in the outlines, and fix them.  But, in this case, the problem is unjoined points.  If you turn on the "points" display, points that are white are usually multiple points on top of each other that can cause profile problems:

I found that if I joined these points using the Coincident constraint, the result is good.  See the screencast below.  Here is the result:

I've attached the fixed version here

Thank you both for your help. I see how to fix the problem however now I will start watching for these points to figure out why they occur to begin with.
