Broken and unselectable rigid joint

After joining two components and moving on with my design I found shortly after that the components were not joined anymore. The joint is missing from the 3D view, and unselectable in the component tree view. If I navigate through the tree with arrow buttons, the tree loses the selection as soon as i reach the joint. The right-click menu on the broken joint seems to only have five generic options. I have not found a way to get rid of this joint and thus cannot edit one of the components that was refereced by it anymore. In this design the timeline is disabled, and I don't remember when exactly this went wrong. The whole design mainly consists of joined slot profiles though, so I wasn't really doing anything fancy.

I have several linked copies of the subassembly in my design, so I'd prefer not having to recreate and reposition them. While I'd be grateful for a way to get rid of the joint, this is mainly meant to be a bug report. The problem is not bothering me too much.

The attached file contains just one of the profiles and the broken joint.

This file is corrupted in just the way you described it in the top paragraph.

Can't find the joint icon, and the component is not fixed to anything and can't delete the Joint.

No idea.
