I have a student who is learning how to use Fusion 360 and came across this issue the other day. I know this is not the appropriate way to design this part, I am just showing the error he encountered. Please do not respond to me by telling me how to create parts, as I am a CAD / CAM professor at the local junior college and do not need assistance learning the software. This is just demonstrating the error.

Here is the error:

He created a cube and then used the shell mode to hollow it out. Lastly, he used the solid body fillet to attempt to split the bodies, which it did, however, Fusion is still calculating it as a single body, even though two bodies exist.

I have attached a picture of my recreation of his part.

I do not see a Split Body feature in the timeline in your image.
