Attached are two pics of the exact same part that was setup for blend using the exact same boundaries, curves and faces. One of the pics is a perfect blend. The other is choppy, not smooth and makes my scrap bin fill up. When I tried to copy the blend from the good setup to the bad here is the message I get.

Any ideas how to get the good blend and not the choppy blend? I feel that this is likely user caused, but I don't know what I did to change the way Blend chooses different toolpaths on the same part.
