blank white screen after sign in fusion 360

First I tried to download fusion 360 and had to make an AUTODESK account, after making the account when I tried to download it , it gave an error stating that 'error making your account'.

when I received my 3d printer from CREALITY it came with a micro SD card, fusion 360 was already downloaded in the card, when I installed it ,it asked for my email and password after filling all the requirements it seemed like it's going to work now but it shows a blank white screen and continues to show it until I close it.

It does not work but decreases my trial days by one every day

This definitely sounds like a graphic driver issue.  Make sure you have the latest graphic drivers installed.  Fusion 360 likes DirectX so run the utility to check that also.
